From delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, to developing detailed installations or system integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative, relevant, interoperable solutions they need.
Drive strategic transformational projects and programs with Enterprise customers.
Develop and align key business outcomes to enabling technologies, best practices and methods.
Embed within customer environment as an extended member of the customer effort to advise, document and execute key transformational outcomes.
Ensure the inclusion and rationalization of all relevant Dell Technologies solutions, products, technologies and services within the customers plans and architecture including current and near future (< 12 months) solutions.
Create relevant artifacts, documentation and processes for the successful proof and initial implementation of said projects. Essential Requirements
Successfully builds and maintains relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers: from CxO level to enterprise architects, application development teams and senior management in operations and engineering.
Successfully builds and maintains relationships with the account team, global services and partners in support of sales team objectives.
Provides technical leadership and direction to customer and internal staff.
Works with federation peers to create, maintain and regularly communicate an account technology plan. The plan includes future state architectures, tactical initiatives and milestones and business relevant technology solutions.
Researches and communicates technology, industry and market trends and provides guidance on their application to customers and feedback of business requirements back to the local account team. Desirable Requirements
10-15 years of IT experience
Wide view and understanding on the continuous development within IT industry
Good or very good presentation skills
Ability to travel
