What you’ll achieve

As a Services Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the field and ensuring Dell Technologies Services can deliver an outstanding outcome and customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business to determine the value Dell Technologies Services can bring to our customers’ requirements.

  • Manage territory/accounts, account planning, sales forecasting and facilitate working with cross-functional and virtual teams to ensure alignment to the overall solution.

  • Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities and promote Dell Technologies Professional Services capabilities.

  • Provide sales leadership and experience in defining the customer outcome, the development of the Services scope, customer success and transition to Services delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions to Enterprise Customers

  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills

  • Strong business acumen with broad knowledge of market relationships and forces

  • Aptitude for understanding how business problems can be addressed by a consultative approach and delivered through innovative technologies and solutions.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
