ANZ Consumer Online Business Manager

The Online Business Manager (OBM) is the primary owner of the online channel P&L. The role has three priorities – Enable Growth, Drive Business Metrics and Focus on Innovation. As such, the OBM is responsible for managing the key levers and relationships to achieve unit, revenue and margin targets for the online channel. Further responsibilities include working with cross-functional partners and management to keep the rest of the business updated on online business performance to develop & execute tactical & strategic plans to improve results.

This individual will be responsible for;

  • Delivering the core analytical and core reporting requirements of the Consumer Small Business Online team in ANZ

  • Suggest developments required to drive conversion improvement on a Y/Y basis to support meeting Revenue & Margin $$ goals

  • Actively participate in virtual project teams established in Online to drive improvements to the performance of the business (e.g. key Revenue / margin or projects)

Essential Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in online with a track record of measurable results preferably in the online consumer electronics or IT industry

  • Experience in merchandising, brand, media and/or partner marketing

  • Strong analytical and budget management skill

Desirable:

  • Relevant Degree
