Do you have strong experience in finance and in IT transformation business outcomes that shows impressive business acumen? In Finance , we are looking for a IT transformational Financial Services Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in the evolution of Dell Technologies in EMEA.
What you’ll achieve
The Financial Services Account Executive role involves identifying opportunities and adding revenues for Dell Financial Services via Dell Technologies sales representatives or the partner channel representatives.
Be responsible for lease or APEX consumption based solutions via Dell and Dell Financial Services for direct business via Dell Technologies or indirect selling via partner
Achievement of sales and profitability KPI’s. Increase volume and consequently penetration of leasing and APEX consumption based solutions within Dell.
Establish credibility in the division and display knowledge and empathy with the Dell sales teams and their managers. Work with Dell management to agree appropriate strategies, penetration rates, incentives and training requirements in order to drive business growth
To coach, train and develop Dell Internal and External sales executives to the standards set by DFS
To meet and review performance levels with Sales managers ensuring objectives are set and agreed

Proven track record of achievement in a dynamic, target driven environment and strong knowledge of financial products, for example, loans, financial and operating leases
Strong knowledge of the IT industry based on consumption based solutions on Nordic countries market
CIO and CFO level negotiating and solution selling skills as well as Account Management skills, must be able to demonstrate an ability to develop business relationships and handle complex deals and structures
Strong business acumen, must understand the sales process, roles and responsibilities of the interrelated functions of the business, the competitive environment and can read, report, evaluate and react to metrics & measurements
Fluent Swedish and Business level English
- Bachelor’s degree
