Within the Enterprise Business Unit, we are looking for a District Manager to join our top-calibre team in Stockholm, Sweden.

As well as driving the sale of ground-breaking products and services to existing accounts of strategic importance, they manage sales teams at all levels. Ultimately, they make sure a whole region or nation benefits from an approach to sales that is truly world-class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire an experienced team of Enterprise Account Mangers, targeting the top 10 accounts in Sweden

  • Use our sales methodology and master our message using Dell Technologies portfolio – Dell EMC, VMware, Pivotal, RSA, Secureworks and Virtustream

  • Build and drive sales strategy together with 7-10 Account Mangers – actively engage in account planning and opportunity management

  • Hire the right people to match our growth and coach your team to drive excellence

  • Manage and report accurate forecast – commitment to the numbers and to deadlines

  • Collaborate with specialty sales for maximum effectiveness

  • Build and maintain C-level relationships to influence long-term strategic directions & decisions

Requirements:

  • Relevant leadership experience both direct and virtual teams

  • Proven track record in sales and people management

  • Ability to operate at Executive / C-Level

  • Has In-depth understanding of customer/industry climate and high level solutions and technical knowledge

  • People orientation with deep influencing and motivation skills
