What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, consulting on how Dell’s products and services will address and solve their needs and requirements.
Answer inbound emails, chats and phone calls from customers
Proactively build relationships with customers and partners, based on knowledge of our technology, products and services
Work to gain new accounts and find new opportunities within your account base
Effectively use Salesforce.com as a customer relationship management tool.Create and manage portfolio pipeline in Salesforce.com
Collaborate with support teams on an EMEA level and involve expertise needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Innate and overwhelming desire to sell in a proactive sales motion
Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services
Ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
Previous experience in a sales position
Fluent in Swedish and high level of spoken and written English
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
