Leading and delivering the Revenue forecasted target with alignment of the wider company goals and objectives.
Implementing and executing strategy for continual success
Managing weekly, quarterly & bi-yearly pipeline/outlook forecast
Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members.
Building and maintaining new business opportunities across the portfolio of products & services to maximize new business opportunities
Build awareness of current market & work with marketing team to deliver specific campaigns to drive awareness and increase market share.
Using and maintaining the company wide CRM system
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience/leadership experience
In-depth understanding of customer/industry climate
IT industry knowledge
Demonstrable track record of success either within same/similar industry or with easily transferrable skillset with the highest levels of integrity
Great communicator with ability to balance short and long term focus and directions
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
