Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering the Revenue forecasted target with alignment of the wider company goals and objectives.

  • Implementing and executing strategy for continual success

  • Managing weekly, quarterly & bi-yearly pipeline/outlook forecast

  • Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members.

  • Building and maintaining new business opportunities across the portfolio of products & services to maximize new business opportunities

  • Build awareness of current market & work with marketing team to deliver specific campaigns to drive awareness and increase market share.

  • Using and maintaining the company wide CRM system

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience/leadership experience

  • In-depth understanding of customer/industry climate

  • IT industry knowledge

  • Demonstrable track record of success either within same/similar industry or with easily transferrable skillset with the highest levels of integrity

  • Great communicator with ability to balance short and long term focus and directions

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
