Key Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) team provides HR services to all of the Level 4 Commercial and Enterprise Sales and Marketing leaders based in EMEA, as well as the regional Specialty Sales leaders. An HR Business Partner sits on the business leadership team and ensure that the appropriate people strategy and action plans are in place to support the successful delivery of the business strategy. An HRBP must have a deep understanding of the business to be able to shape the appropriate interventions, identify challenges and build creative solutions to drive successful outcomes.

We are looking for someone to join the team who brings deep HR expertise from a variety of roles across the function and who is excited by the challenge of the biggest change management effort this industry has ever seen. With an optimistic and can-do attitude, the successful candidate will have the gravitas to quickly gain the confidence and respect of senior business leaders and be able to add value to the business agenda. In a highly matrixed environment the successful candidate will also be able to build strong networks across the organisation to facilitate collaborative working and efficient execution through a broader team.

The key responsibilities of the HRBP role are to:

  • Lead the creation of end-to-end Human Capital solutions that advance the business agenda. Consult with business leaders on change management, organization development, effectiveness and employee engagement and healthy culture. Advise business leaders in high-risk scenarios.

  • Be viewed as a trusted HR consultant, change agent, and key influencer to the senior level country and regional leadership team. Deliver external insights on industry standards, best practices and trends to support business strategy as well as provide relevant and valuable internal analytics. Be the HR advocate and build strong HR brand among the business.

  • Consult with business leaders on talent and development including: resource forecasting, planning and pipelining; creating compelling diversity & inclusion agenda; successor planning and development; key talent career planning and development combined with skill / competency gap assessments; robust internal engagement and retention plan.

  • Drive company-wide core programs and initiatives including: pay planning and rewards, performance management, executive calibration, leveraging leadership development.

  • Engage and partner with relevant HR specialists to design and deliver relevant solutions and/or to enable effective execution of core programs.

  • Deliver HR support for strategic transactions (M&A, divestitures) as well as provide M&A support by consulting with business leaders on talent related decision making.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology / Management or related field combined with at least 10 years of experience in international, corporate environment in various HR roles managing a variety of multi-faceted HR programs, including, but not limited to: talent development, compensation planning, retention management, sucession planning, company culture development.

  • Proven and high level ability to partner with and influence executive level leadership team.

  • High level ability to build strong, professional relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • At least 3 years of HR experience supporting a pan-EMEA organisation in the business advisor role or higher.

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. Other European languages an advantage.

  • Out-going personality combined with a can-do attitude.
