Strategic Pursuits Lead ANZ

Develops and manages complex outsourcing / managed service bids and contracts. Supports the opportunity life cycle from development through contracting for all pricing and commercial structure needs of the account team. Primary liaison between the customer and the various business units across Dell Technology family. Responsible for the renewal of existing outsourced / managed contracts

Principal Responsibilities

  • Possesses advanced communication and relationship development skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, influence and drive virtual cross functional remote teams; This includes defining requirements, initiating strategy , followed by execution of said plan via influence and drive across virtual cross functional remote teams.

  • Lead due diligence reviews and other business/financial reviews.

  • Co-ordination of financial proposal and contractual vehicles to transact with customer

  • Leads the re negotiation of existing managed service agreements with customer as well as working with various Dell Technology BU’ to optimize cost inputs

  • Responsible for the P&L associated with each individual contract

  • Develops excellent cross-functional relationships

  • Maintains level of readiness of to support and meet customer needs and sales demands.

  • Interacts with senior management or executives on matters concerning functional areas/geography/country, division and/or customers.

Education and Experience

  • Typically 14+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
