Key Responsibilities

In support of the global Dell Technologies Services business, you will

  • Apply technical skills to manage, migrate and improve our PAL Document Control Library

  • Lead the extended team of Knowledge Coordinators

  • Create portals and tools to reduce friction and improve access to QMS related information

  • Collaborate with cross Dell teams

  • Manage projects to streamline documentation, digitize and standardize tools

  • Lead global teams in other process improvements

Essential Requirements

  • Deep technical knowledge and experience with SharePoint environment, automated workflows and reporting

  • Ability to bridge time-zones for global teams and work in a virtual communications world

  • Win-win collaborative approach, to improvement, with internal customers

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with ISO 9000 based quality management systems, including internal and external audit

  • Working knowledge of Support and Deployment Business and Processes

  • Cross-functional team engagement

  • Interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style

  • Drive for results

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent
