System Development Engineer (Acoustics)
The Client Peripherals engineering is responsible for product development of keyboard, mice, headsets, speakerphones, webcams among many other products.

What you’ll achieve
Conceives and defines concepts for consumer and commercial audio products, systems and solutions. Develops and produces concept prototypes to verify design assumptions and experience.
Provides technical expertise and support for next generation initiatives, take lead and influence the shaping of future audio products
Acts as a point of escalation for critical development issues
Provides subject matter expertise advice on multiple audio technologies/products
Generates IP including multiple invention disclosures per year
Evaluate and provide expert feedback on third party audio performance

Deep knowledge with end-to-end audio systems including transducers, audio ICs, acoustics, embedded processors and wireless audio solutions. Experience in Acoustics and Audio EE Architecture
Familiar with Audio Equipment including B&K/HEAD Acoustics HATS, Audio Analyzer, HEAD ACQUA test system, Network simulators, etc
Familiar with various noise reduction techniques (ANC, NNR, etc) , microphone beamforming, microphones and speakers arrays. Experience with objective and subjective audio certification requirements and test methodologies and standards. Knowledge of human perception of audio Experience
Familiar with Unified Communications requirements
Experience working with end-to-end audio and video devices in a collaboration environment
Understand EE circuits and hardware
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 10+ years working experience in psychoacoustic measurement methods, defining, tuning and testing efficient real-time audio algorithms
