Electrical Senior Principal Engineer
Our Electrical Engineering team puts the spark into the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.

What you’ll achieve
As a Electrical Senior Principal Engineer , you will be responsible to lead Engineer for projects through various stages of Product Development. Provides technical direction and leadership on technology issues. Performs technical risk assessments and ensures appropriate risk mitigation efforts are undertaken. Leading system engineering and coordinate with cross function teams on various HW issues resolution and daily directions.
Engage with customers and suppliers on requirement, and product introduction / support.
Understanding feature requirements and participating and/or leading technical reviews of new platform requirements documents, designs and test plans.
Candidate must be able to carry design through concept and architectural reviews to final qualification and release to manufacturing and responsible for products sustaining
Coordinates the engineering extended teams to develop the product(s) on schedule with excellent quality and meet expectations.
Manage key suppliers on product development on design review, issues resolution, technical support & guidance to secure program delivery on time.
Provide timely and sufficiency response to management group as best communication and program risk management.

BSEE/MSEE with 10+ years of experience in Intel/AMD System HW/EEand system level D2D PWR product development will be preferred.
Expertise on X86 system design, system PWR architecture and related HW design skillset & knowledge. Advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, resolving, test and quality
Ability to work in a team environment as team player. Can solve problem, lead team and drive for results.
Strong to proceed program daily actions which include drive, result and execution rigor.
Cross-Functional communication skill and leadership. Ability to influence others to achieve results. Presentation skills
