Product Quality Customer Experience Data Analyst

In addition to participating in the review of engineering designs, we assist customers or engineers in gathering and analyzing data.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Quality 'Customer Experience' Data Analyst , you will be responsible for Define and implement Customer Experience data models to uncover product patterns and predictions creating business value and innovation. Mine data using modern tools - Effectively tells stories with the data using visualization tools/methods to demonstrate Customer insights impact and business value.

You will:

  • Work with the customer data to understand the product and customer feedback and perspectives. Collaborate and communicate with Core team members like Quality Engineers regarding customer insights & issue resolution.

  • Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end projects related to product quality impacting customer experience. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of project deliverables

  • Excellent Communication skills and focused on transformation of customer satisfaction to customer delight. Individual need to have a solid understanding of current technologies & Dell strategy

  • Must be able to work independently and/or as part of a wider project team and assume ultimate responsibility for customer experience data during the implementation of above projects

Essential Requirements

  • Data Analysis and advanced excel skills. Excel Automation skills, Power Bi & SQL preferred. Be able to work independently and generate actionable insights when a Product impacting business problem is stated. Ability to generate insights and tell ‘Story behind the Numbers’. Ability to weave a complete story by marrying data from various sources – Internal, 3rd party, Social Media and data available in other public domain.

  • Strong customer centric attitude and teamwork skills.

  • Demonstrated competency in decision making, problem solving and data management.

  • Good presentation skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent. 5-6 years’ work experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Willing to work in a global team environment and timings.

  • ​Dell NB/Desktop/All-in-O product knowledge
