In Quality Engineering we play a central role by developing, implementing as well as maintaining technical quality assurance and control systems. We look for ways to improve the inspection, verification and validation of our finished products. Our team defines strategy – not to mention governance – for the implementation of quality standards and methodology. In addition to participating in the review of engineering designs, we assist customers or engineers in gathering and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for representing the Voice of the Customer (VOC) into the program Core Teams using quality assurance protocols/methodologies to leverage data, feedback/insights, etc to drive designs, discussions, and decisions.

  • Perform data analysis and identify trends in product performance in the field and lead issue resolution to corrective actions (CLCA) and continual product/process improvement

  • Establish relationship with Suppliers/ODM to partner on quality assurance through product lifecycle (RFQ, Captures, RMA, etc)

  • Ensure compliance to in-house and external specifications and standards (Behavioral Specs, ISO, etc) .

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with aBachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with aPhD; or equivalent experience

  • Data analytics experience/skill set

  • HW and/or SW knowledge, preferably enterprise products (servers, storage, networking, etc) although client (notebooks, AIO, desktops, workstations, etc) acceptable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
