What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and solutions. Working closely with sales, partners, customers and engaging cross-functional teams, like product management, engineering, operations, services, quality, etc, to manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects. From design to delivery.
Understand impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell Technologies and its customers
Develop common-sense solutions to complex business problems through in-depth investigation, coordination and collaboration with key decision makers
Gain insight and experience across Dell's end to end value chain, which will scale professional development and accelerate your career.
Build effective, high-performance global core design teams and provide ongoing feedback to functional leaders

Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree preferred. 12–15 years of related experience in product development processes, product/solution areas and customer needs and usage.
Ability to engage global cross functional teams to deliver products/solutions that achieve key business goals ( competitive features, on-time delivery, right cost, and Dell PowerEdge quality)
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style, including written and verbal presentation skills, to build relationships from peer to executive levels and influence decision makers
Thinks and collaborates strategically, inspires innovation, and embraces diversity. Demonstrates intellectual capacity and business acumen
Capable to view situations from different perspectives and deal with ambiguity. Expert ability to frame situations, make/drive consensus, problem solve, and drive for results. Strong initiative and ability to multi-task in a dynamic self-directed environment
