Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Role Summary

The Premier Maintenance role is responsible for managing Premier Page relationship catalogs. Responsibilities include sustaining the health of regional pages and decreasing manual order entry efforts with specific business units.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain system configuration to be offered to the partners

  • History Back up of all past and current offerings

  • Standardized description via central naming convention database

  • Ensure all prices are aligned with DAM (Discount Approval Metrics) or with BU pricing teams

  • Maintain customer status which keeps our internal and external customers informed of all New, Updated and End-of-life (EOL) products

Requirements

  • Knowledge of DSA application

  • Understanding Product Roadmap

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and strong customer focus

  • Attention to details

  • Knowledge of Dell products advantageous

Education and Experience

  • Requires 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelors’ degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
