What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer, you will be the Asset Manager Account Lead and direct the day to day activities of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM Services for one or more Dell Managed Services customer. The role will require prior experience in IT Asset Management and Project Management. The desired candidate will be detail and task oriented while at the same time capable of seeing the broader picture.
Be responsible for managing the efforts of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM (IT Asset Management) value and ROI (Return on investment)
Build and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing Customer Experience and analyze customer’s existing Account Management policies, processes and practices and make Best Practice recommendations to mature the ITAM Program and to address gaps
Oversee the accurate collection, storage, and maintenance of data on all in-scope devices in the asset repository
Ensure that the delivery of the service meets all requirements as defined in the service agreement and related statements of work and adheres to agreed upon policies and procedures and that delivery costs are aligned to contractually committed costs
Timely and accurate reconciliation of lifecycle data relating to program assets and the asset tracking system, as well as, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity of the asset data

12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management in enterprise IT environments with a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
Ability to lead a team focused on delivering ongoing ITAM services with the focus on value and ROI with a solid understanding of both hardware and software asset management policies, procedures and best practices
Experience using industry standard ITAM solutions such as: Eracent, Flexera, SNOW Software, ServiceNow ITAM HAM & SAM Pro modules etc.
Experience managing an end-end lifecycle ITAM program and managing multiple programs at the same time
ITIL v3 or 4 foundation certified
10-25% travel to customer sites is required
Professional Certifications in: IAITAM certifications: CSAM, CHAMP, CITAM and / or PMP
Moderate to Advanced experience using MS Excel, Access
