What you’ll achieve

As a 5G Customer Solutions Manager, being part of the engineering organization, you will design and define product requirements and be a driver of early product deployments.

You will:

  • Design an overall customer solution and integrate it into Dell’s existing go-to-market processes and tools

  • Create requirements for development based on market and customer needs for 5G and based on the best possible way to introduce, establish and maintain a product

  • Manage deployments and early trials

  • Evolve your role as the product matures

Essential Requirements

  • Experience with large scale telecom operator delivery projects and the respective KPI’s, acquainted with typical telecom operator operations

  • Experience with private wireless networks, the respective verticals, digital transformation, customer needs and use cases

  • Customer Program/Project Management or Solution Management experience in telecommunication/wireless products deployment

  • Product building and problem solver mindset – start from scratch and continuously add to product development based on customer needs, market feedback

  • Familiar with 4G and the journey to and opportunities of 5G

  • Experience in with agile software methodology and working in a DevOps framework

Desirable Requirements

  • 8+ years of telecom operator experience (either as supplier to the operator or with the operator) and/or within the private wireless space

  • Experience in navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery

  • Background in new product introduction
