Role

This position leads the “Product & Operations Academy Fulfillment” team, which is responsible for the operational fulfillment of all Academy trainings delivered to 30,000 team members globally. This role manages multiple supporting operational functions as well as strategic initiatives.

This role will lead a global organization of more than 30 individuals, including training coordinators, sourcing managers, internal instructors, and program managers. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, global leadership experience, communication and influencing skills, and executive stakeholder management. This leader will demonstrate operational excellence, a spirit of collaboration, and an unwavering focus on extraordinary customer experience in everything they do. As a global leader, this candidate will demonstrate inspirational and inclusive leadership with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Lead a global organization ensuring the delivery of instructor-led and online classes to help Dell team members thrive and grow

Take the lead to identify new suppliers, negotiate contracts and managing supplier relationships to ensure our learners have the best quality learning experience at the right price,

Have a maniacal focus on course quality (internally taught, supplier taught, and on-demand), learner experience, cost effectiveness, and supplier relationships

Collaborate closely with our Academy strategy team to link learner demand to course delivery in a way that minimizes friction for your team and learners

Manage a project office focused on innovation and continuous improvement

Essential Requirements

7 years of experience in people management with global leadership experience

Demonstrated ability to influence colleagues, executives and other organizations to achieve the best outcomes

Demonstrated commitment to excellence in all areas, from customer experience to running day to day operations

Minimum of 7 years managing programs of varying complexity

Experience delivering training or facilitation with highly positive feedback

Preferences

Industry-recognized project management certification

Experience in learning and development
