Our Supply Chain team within Global Production Planning, has the responsibility to drive and govern our supply chain for the best performance through metrics and KPIs as well as Lead/participate of process improvement initiatives and in the delivery of strategic programs. Our Team works hard to maintain our Supply Chain partners connected and committed with the pursuit of all Americas Operations goals.
Manages and coordinates supply chain activities across multiple teams and geographies. Performs as the Program Manager for America Global Production Planning in order to set-up, forecast, communicate and align plans and backlog impacts on the America’s Supply Chain. Develops and maintains relationships with cross-functional demand planning, manufacturing, procurement and logistics teams. Creates and manages integrated supply chain processes among internal functions such as operations, procurement and logistics as well as global operations teams. Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the order flows through the supply chain, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
Responsible for analyzing the LAH (Look ahead) signals and create/align ODM Client and ISG Ship plans
Responsible for analyzing ODM capacity and drive solutions
Responsible for addressing issues with the ODM and Planning related with LAH, Ship Planning, Performance and Capacity
Responsible for the ODM ship planning accuracy and bridge any accuracy issues
Lead analysis and modeling solutions for processes or ODM execution issues
Presents and communicates current status and outlook results to the business leaders
Responsible for recommend Extended Lead Times based on Planned events
Integrate ODM ship plan into the Americas Ship Planning process
Active participant of the EOQ/IDC Outlook process
Lead/Drive individual or group projects to improve process, tools and automation
3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
Understanding supply chain fundamentals, manufacturing footprint and logistics capabilities
Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
Program and project management skills
Strong fundamentals in Excel.
