Responsibilities

  • Independently guide Agile Product Owners setting up vision & metrics, breaking down complex business problems to product backlogs, and clearly articulating expected outcomes via user stories & acceptance criteria

  • Coaches and empowers Product Owner, Scrum master and the Agile team to independently drive strategic thinking and resolve obstacles

  • Anticipates potential issues and engages stakeholders to set team on track to deliver committed business results

  • Proactively shares Agile Best Practices to help improve team's performance and shares other Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, as necessary

  • Identifies new opportunities to deploy Agile across Dell and maintains coordination across existing Agile efforts

Essential Requirements

  • Capability to consult business to establish the vision and define key milestones & metrics by asking right questions, break down complex business problems into smaller modules, and articulate into tasks/actions to develop solution

  • Ability to look across multiple efforts across the organization, identify areas of improvement and drive for the maximum value generation with willingness to challenge the status quo and work through ambiguity

  • Capability to independently working with and influencing up-and-down the organization, including company’s most senior leaders with excellent communication and facilitation skills

  • Credible expertise on Agile principles and Scrum methodologies

  • Capability to actively coach teams on Agile value and practices and how to adopt and implement Agile on various business problems

Desired Requirements

  • Capability to independently curate custom training contents for business audiences and coordinate training sessions

  • Expertise on Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Scaled Scrum, etc.) and tools (Jira, Planview, Jira Align, TFS, Slack, etc.)
