The Global Partner Strategy and Enablement team is part of Consumer Services Support team and is responsible for end to end enablement of the partner network. Responsible for strategy & planning, transitions, IT infrastructure, SOW governance, branding, business controls and security.

Join us as a Consultant, Partner Management on our Business Support team in Round Rock, TX, or Remote, US, to lead transitions, BCP mapping, WFH strategy and coordination and deployment of innovative programs and pilots.

What you’ll achieve

As a Partner Management Consultant, you will lead complex site and queue transitions and projects, work closely with procurement, finance, IT, telecom, training, and legal teams both with Dell badge and partner organization, lead concurrent projects/transitions with high complexity, involving large cross functional teams and meet tight deadline, and also as act as the global lead for design and execute tenets of BCP framework/playbook and real time engagement. This is a global role which will require closely working with cross functional stakeholders, leadership and executive readouts.

You will:

  • Work to ensure alignment between business leadership and stakeholders; be responsible for planning, risk analysis and execution

  • Build a core team, define roles and responsibilities (RACI model) and establish checkpoints

  • Be a strong advocate of change; provide transition updates to Exec. and Sr. leadership

  • Lead governance of new deployments within a predefined window

  • Architect programs and process(es) that meet Partner SOW requirements; lead, design and execute tenets of BCP framework/playbook and real time engagement

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects and program implementations

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within Dell Technologies

  • Experience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencing

  • Ability to manage daily workflow as required to meet departmental and customer requirements

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Advanced knowledge tied to business strategy, IT technology, and Workforce transformation; PMI/PMP certified, Experience applying to BPI methodology
