What you’ll achieve
This unique opportunity is for an experienced professional to join an influential and fast-moving team leading Digital Transformation projects. As part of the Global Support and Optimization team, you will ensure IT and Automation projects run seamlessly from start to finish. You will manage business requirements, collaborate with IT and Automation teams to transform and modernize processes, ensure on-time delivery of capabilities, and support change management efforts across stakeholder groups. The work includes decisions on complex design and the ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and partners across Global Partner, Education and Fulfillment Services (GPEFS).
Posses a strong analytical and consultative mindset, experience in working with stakeholders from business and technical backgrounds, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and a passion for positive customer outcomes. They will identify future opportunities and use an analytical and strategic approach to assess solutions. You will execute projects to delivery high value outcomes within the project constraints. Must be passionate about customer experience and know how to quantify modernization efforts. You must also demonstrate business acumen by working across business units and functions to drive success. You will be accountable for end to end outcomes at a global scale.
Clearly analyze business scenarios, process gaps and document detailed end to end business requirements across all stakeholders and partner closely with IT/automation/hyper-automation teams to deliver tool capabilities on time and to meet business acceptance criteria
Lead and support UAT test planning across all business units including test case identification, scenarios and scripts planning
Align with IT/automation/hyper-automation on enterprise architecture and ensure alignment to global processes and build program delivery plans based on analytics, business domain inputs, and executive guidance
Manage cross-functional delivery PMO overseeing both IT/automation activities and business readiness and Champion global process simplification and standardization
Conduct periodic stakeholder reviews to ensure buy-in for the effort and continued alignment across teams.
Be proficient and creative at framing, breaking down complex, future business or technology opportunities into key components to recommend approaches to automate.
Identify, scope and drive critical initiatives often partnering with cross-functional teams by quickly understanding context, fact-base and developing an outcome-based plan.

Team management and/or large scale cross functional leadership with demonstrated results
Demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing business/process transformation and/or modernization that have delivered measurable results
Experienced in business process improvement, identifying and documenting work as it’s delivered today and using recommendations and client input to create an ideal future state
Strong core consulting skills - demonstrated track record of quality delivery, project and program management, interpersonal and client relationship skills, fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Teams
Problem solver adept at utilizing analytical skills and forming insights into effective stories for buy-in and alignment
Experience and/or expertise in at least 3 Functional business areas which could include Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, and/or Information Technology
Experienced in Scaled Agile/Scrum/Product based methodology, IT program lifecycles, Organizational change mgmt
Process digitization and mining experience through technologies like Mimica, Celonis, Aris, ForterssIQ or equivalent
Experience implementing automation and hyper-automation solutions
12+ years of experience and bachelors degree
