What you’ll achieve

As an Executive Assistant for Global Channel, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, prioritization, and management of the day to day business needs for the SVP and Global Channel Chief. You will plug into all aspects of the business, understand her priorities and have innate ability to know when to leverage or build relationships that are required to better serve the business needs.

You will:

  • Work closely with Chief of Staff on day to day business needs, preparations for executive strategy sessions, business priority, planning meetings, and by advising on any areas that may need inclusion or attention

  • Seize opportunities to define or facilitate special projects where opportunity of improvement exists

  • Key player/team member in the planning and execution of corporate and industry events

  • Plan and book travel with multi-city, country itineraries to maximize executive time on the ground with customers or partners

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 year supporting high profile senior executive

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective time management

  • Proven ability to foster peer relationships

Desirable Requirements

Experience with high profile event logistics (Dell Technologies World, Global Partner Summit, Dell Match Play, FRS)
