What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Technical Sales Manager, you will guide and manage a team responsible for building and developing business relationships with customers, directing their efforts to drive growth and achieve strategic and operational objectives.

  • Leading and delivering the Enterprise P&L forecasted target with alignment of the wider company goals and objectives and building and implementing a strategy for continual success

  • Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members.

  • Working with your account teams and leadership to ensure the best route to the US Federal market is always available

  • Build and maintain a balanced mix of new and existing business across portfolio of products & services to maximize new US Federal opportunities

  • Build awareness of current market & work with marketing team to deliver specific campaigns to drive awareness and increase market share.

Essential Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Ability to build, coach, manage and motivate effective teams

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Possesses strong business acumen

  • Possesses technical acumen

Desirable Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of sales experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience

  • Experience with US Federal Direct/Indirect customers

  • Familiarity with the Dell Technologies product/service offerings
