Global Marcom Analyst-Client Solutions Group

Our Global Product Creative team guides the creation of advertising and external marketing activities by both internal teams and other companies. As part of the team, you will coordinate resources and deployment while making sure all our marketing efforts go smoothly.

What you’ll achieve

As the Global Marcom Anslyst, you will be responsible for the readiness and successful release of Global Marcom assets for the localization process.

  • Coordinate Quarterly Activation Agency SOWs

  • Manage agency capacity utilization and budgets

  • Partner with Creative and Activation Agencies, Localization, and Regions to optimize processes where possible

  • Build Activation Briefs for agency

  • Flight Check Creative Asset files per the Asset Handover Checklist

  • Review and Approve QRGs (Quick Reference Guides) which detail rules of variation and localization of assets.

  • Communicate QRG readiness to internal stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Makret/Digital Marketing experience

  • Project management skills

  • Cross-functional partnerships skills

  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in multiple time zones

Desirable Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, English, Communications, Technical Communications, or Business
