Globalization Program Manager – Business Transformation

Our business team leads tool migration across all aspects of Dell end to end, supporting sales teams, finance, supply chain, and services – inclusive of all product offerings and customer segments. As a business leader in this role, you will manage a diverse working team across all functions of Dell, with a large focus on partnering with IT to deliver critical business outcomes.
Our team defines business requirements for a single global toolset, collaborates with IT to deliver capabilities, and supports onboarding of users on the new platform across all stakeholders. We engage on complex design decisions and communicate technical concepts in simple language to facilitate business planning. It is our strategic charter to move Dell Technologies to a single selling platform on a global scale.

What you’ll achieve
As a Globalization Program Manager, your focus is to successfully migrate all business units to our global IT platform. You will lead and drive a broad PMO across all functions of Dell. You’ll engage with regional executive leadership, individual domain contributors, and IT product leads and developers to build, launch, and enable critical business transformation. You will bring to the team a proven track record of process modernization and IT partnership through strong analytical skills, diverse business domain expertise, and communication skills to influence corporate change and drive IT capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner closely with IT to deliver tool capabilities on time and to business acceptance criteria
Support UAT test planning across all business units in partnership with UAT Program Manager
Align with IT on enterprise architecture and ensure alignment to global processes
Build program delivery plans based on analytics, domain inputs, and executive guidance
Manage cross-functional delivery PMO overseeing both IT activities and business readiness

Team management and/or large scale cross functional leadership with demonstrated results
Demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing business/process transformation and/or modernization that have delivered measurable results
Experienced in business process improvement, identifying and documenting work as it’s delivered today and using recommendations and client input to create an ideal future state
Strong core consulting skills - demonstrated track record of quality delivery, project and program management, interpersonal and client relationship skills, fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Teams and Visio experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Dell business processes or a deep understanding of one or more Dell domains such as: Sales, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, and/or Information Technology
10+ years of comprehensive technology industry experience
Technical Master’s Degree and/or MBA, alternative consulting engagement experience
