IT Product Management Consultant

At Dell Technologies, we need strong leaders on our IT Voice and Contact Center Services team to drive product delivery activities across the Core Telephony product line for IT and the business segments. As part of this team, you will manage and drive product strategy and roadmap delivery to ensure our product offerings provide the required capabilities to our busines and their customers.

What you’ll achieve

As an IT Product Management Consultant, you will drive the development and implementation of new and existing products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle of highly complex solutions and implementations from design to delivery.

You will:

  • Deliver solutions to complex technology problems through in-depth assessment, coordination and collaboration with key teams and stakeholders

  • Be a subject matter expert for the Core Telephony product teams utilizing an understanding of the impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell and its customers

  • Influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals

  • Design technology requirements and facilitate adoption of new solutions

Essential Requirements

  • 12–15 years of related experience

  • Subject matter expertise in product development processes, product/solution areas and customer needs and usage specifically in the telecom/voice and contact centers areas

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and collaborate with cross functional teams to define and deliver the required product/solution

  • Experience in building effective, high performance core product teams and providing ongoing performance feedback to functional management

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience delivering solutions on Avaya systems as well as Oracle SBCs a plus

  • Cloud Enablement Experience managing large scale migrations from traditional localized hardware to scalable VM, cloud infrastructure
