We are looking to hire a project management expert who wants to transform marketing analytics and operations. You will work with global teams in field marketing, partner marketing, and other business units to influence & drive the metrics of the future. The role will demand strong leadership skills, robust understanding of data, BI and analytics, solid business and marketing acumen, and the ability to get things done in a matrixed organization. Using Dell big data technologies and best of breed products and services, we drive fast time to value solutions that result in real business outcomes. You will:

  • Lead marketing performance projects and activities using agile methodologies to produce high quality work within scope, schedule, and budget constraints

  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups, working with product owners to groom the backlog and handle new requests

  • Guide team members on project management processes to drive results

  • Define and oversee processes within the team’s reporting infrastructure including data definitions, access levels, and retention schedules

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Experience using scrum/agile project management (user stories, backlog grooming) to organize complex projects and geographically dispersed teams at all levels of the organization

  • Scrum master, PMBOK or equivalent project management certification

  • BI, analytics, data operations, and reporting project experience

  • Expertise in marketing and/or marketing systems

Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
