The Portfolio Performance Management team in the CoC works closely with the Services Product teams, Regional CoC teams, Marketing and Sales Operations teams. Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing marketing programs, Product Marketing within Dell Technologies Services plays a crucial role in offer launches and sales enablement. What you’ll achieve

This role provides a start-up opportunity to develop a product (dashboard) from ground-up, project manage and launch programs for Services Buyer Base for APEX & Professional Services to deliver optimal value to customers.

As a Product Marketing Consultant, you will evaluate business opportunities for ways to drive new buyers, retain existing and prevent lapses of buyer accounts to positively impact brand equity, sales, and profitability. You will also contribute to healthy team dynamics, clear up ambiguity and influence at the highest levels of the organization.

Your insights from prior experiences in COC/marketing-led organizations help bring that perspective on success measures for products, programs, and sales enablement activities.

Responsible for defining roadmaps for building Buyer Base Dashboard along with Analytics, &Technical Development teams, evangelize the buyer base to global stakeholders, launch sales driven pilot programs to meet IOP goals.

You Will:

  • Identify requirements and project manage the design & development of Services Buyer Base – APEX & Professional Services along with Analytics, Marketing & IT Teams

  • Drive the development of value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

  • Responsible for driving awareness, evangelizing, launching, and training stakeholders for Buyer Base program specifically in APEX and Professional Services

  • Drive pilot programs to meet IOP goals globally by partnering with COCs, Hardware Marketing Teams, Services Sales Operations, Analytics and Marketing Teams.

  • Partner with a cross-functional teams to create impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness in the market.

  • Use data and collaboration, along with industry best practices to optimize marketing strategy.

  • Exercise strong problem-solving skills and work cross functionally to resolve issues, collaborate with higher levels of management and across functions to create a multiyear plan and create effective programs for Buyer Base.

  • Monitor and present offer performance to goals and report on KPIs to executives and all stakeholders on a regular basis at varying levels of breadth and granularity.

  • Spearhead the design and development of Best of Breed, Buyer Propensity models, and other tools that are critical to the success of AOP, IOP and Multi-Year Planning.

Essential Requirements:

  • 8 to 12 years of related experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in Field marketing, Product marketing, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy and Planning teams or other relevant roles.

  • A proven record of accomplishment as a decisive, action-oriented individual who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high-value objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and present executive-level presentations to obtain agreement.

  • Ability to establish a high degree of credibility with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Understand macro-business economics and build actionable plans and prioritize in highly matrixed environments.

  • Management and relationship skills and high ability to influence in a matrix environment.

  • Exceptional project and time management skills, with attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs.

Desirable Requirements:

  • MBA and Industry knowledge of Dell Support & Deploy Services or Buyer Base Model and Experience working in a multi-cultural, global environment.

  • A technology industry professional with cross-functional experience (e.g., Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Line Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning).
