What you’ll achieve

As a Premium Brand and Experience PM you will be responsible for helping to shape and drive improvements that benefit our customers directly . You will work cross-functionally across many different organizations and functions in support of consumer and commercial end-users and ITDM experience improvements.

You will:

  • Help define and drive program coordination and communication plans

  • Evaluates and communicate program performance.

  • Identify opportunity, impact and recommendations for Customer Experience improvement projects

  • Lead measurable process improvement programs & projects

  • Influence cross-functional partner prioritization and decision-making

  • Act as a cultural change agent, evangelizing the customer at every opportunity

Essential Requirements

Undergraduate degree and 6-10 years relevant experience

  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities and building advocacy with cross-functional teams

  • Strong organizational agility and understanding of key organizational and functional priorities across Dell

  • Excellent verbal, written and conversational skills

  • Strong project management skills w/ PMP certification
