Product Manager

To drive innovation in product development at Dell Technologies, we need forward-thinking people on our IT Product Management team. Product Manager – Remote Locations

Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve

As an IT Product Owner you will be responsible for the backlog of a Product Team / Product Teams. You will work with global team members and global internal customers to understand their requirements and translate for the development team.

You will manage the prioritization of the Product Teams work, be agile and always looking and ensuring that we deliver scalable and high quality work.

You will:

  • Manage, support and improve products through their entire life cycle

  • Manage requirements gathering and provide advanced interpretation and recommendations

  • Become a subject matter expert for external and internal product events

  • Work with interlock teams to complete committed work in each sprint

  • Ensure team are working to the best of their capabilities

Essential Requirements

2 + years experience in Product Owner role

Solid grasp of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions

Excellent communication skills

Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or Marketing required, MBA is a plus

Desirable Requirements

  • Microsoft TFS

Experience in Project Management – PMP Certification

Experience in Agile/SCRUM Methodology – CSPO Certification
