Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor Project Manager ,youare responsible for ensuring successful execution, monitoring and improvement of the defined goals and work of the development teams. You possess business insight, a real passion for process detail and efficiency,andengineering wherewithal in order to help guide the development team to bringautomation solutions to production.
Lead Agile sprint planning and executionforthedevelopmentteam while building an environment of performance and accountability.
Build project schedules and key indicators of execution cadence, assist in removing obstacles and clearly communicate statuses as they relate to release and program cadence.
Build a partnership withthe service deliveryteams to achieve key strategic goals.
Thrive as a driven change manager who can introduce solutions and processes to improveoperationsexecution.
Run reports, show status and follow up on execution based on reports,improving accountability ofoperations and the Development team.
Support the product owner to groom and prepare backlogs for sprints.
Represent the product owner when called upon to manage communication with partners.
Serve as a coach in Agile practices, coaching individuals and interactions over processes and tools to ensure correct use of the process for defined activities.

8 to 12 years of professional relevant experience
Proven ability to manage programs and projects with remote and global and diverse teams across geographiesandtime zones.
Experience with quickand efficient documentation of status, action items and project documents
Abilityto prioritize a broad range of projects at once;willingness tohustle
Ability to focusconversations on scrum values of openness, integrity and respect;ability toremove individual or team blockers.
Familiarity withProject Management tools such as Pivotal Tracker,Jira, Confluence, MS Project,etc.
A focus on continuous improvement of process, communication and delivery
Bachelor's’ degree in engineering discipline
Recognized project management certification
