What you’ll achieve

You will collaborate with our customers / solutioning partners to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Predicative/Proactive Model CLCA Reviews/Case Reviews and Corrective action identification

• Corrective Action Delivery (Tools: Coaching portal / LFI / ServiceNow / etc.)

• Tracking and Ownership of ongoing CLCA deliverables

• Regular QL / CTE / Support Staff tie in/Systemic Analysis (Power BI / Celonis)

• Core team members with partner teams/orgs: Care / LFI / DIT / etc.

Expanded Governance Responsibilities

• Deep Dive Review for EE/LR

• LR/Customer journey reviews

• Support Leadership presentations (VP/RSL)

• Cross BUS collaboration / CC

• Systemic trend analysis/tracking

Essential Requirements

• 5–10 years of related experience

• Strong understanding of internal business processes, operations, and systems capabilities

• Advanced knowledge of Knowledge Management applications and capabilities

• Ability to define / lead business strategy and change management

• Strong thought leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to build alignment cross business segments

• Proven project management knowledge and experience and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
