Senior Product Designer - Enterprise Financial Applications
Join us as a Senior Product Designer on our Dell Digital Experience Design team 100% Remotely or in Round Rock, TX to do the most rewarding work of your career and contribute profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
Dell Digital Experience team tackles considerable design challenges on complex enterprise-wide applications using Windows tools. Our Product Designers are outcome-driven design practitioners that assist in leading product research, strategy, information architecture development, and interaction design to create products that inspire and delight. They’re able to discover, understand, and communicate business requirements, the emotional desires of our customers, and the context in which these two come together. Working with the Enterprise Dell Financial Service (DFS) design team
oNavigate complex problems and ambiguity to propose clear, efficient, consistent solutions (Web application, portal, etc.)
oContribute to large and small products by using effective design practices to drive quantifiable business outcomes
oActively plan and facilitate experience mapping, research, design workshops and meetings to act on behavioral evidence
oIdentify the appropriate design system components and patterns to solve the interaction problems for the web application and portal design, contributing back to the design system
oEloquently present objective rationale to partners for design decisions

o 5+ years Enterprise-level application product design (financial applications is a plus)
o Figma, Adobe XD or related digital design and prototyping software and working with design systems
o Good communicator with facilitation, coordination, and organization skills, including presentations to stakeholders and great collaborator with designers, developers and product managers
o Design practitioner with experience in enterprise-level digital product design, knowledgeable in data-driven and human-centered service design, and an elegant visual design with thoughtful composition
o I nclude an online or PDF portfolio showing UI/UX background with their application for consideration.
oCollaborate with partners to help research, brainstorm, and deliver the product experience for some of our most critical development products
oProven ability to work with engineering teams to build assets, refine the user experience, and produce high-quality products and experienced in financial service and/or web application, portal enterprise design is a plus
