What you’ll achieve
As a Software Catalog Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining software assets in the ServiceNow service catalog and end user experience with ServiceNow. The position requires strong knowledge and considerable hands-on experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, ServiceNow tool administration and workflow management. The role will require prior experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and the functions that support software lifecycle management. The responsibilities of this customer facing position include:
Create, manage, and improv Software Service Catalog within ServiceNow; document the Software offerings as per the agreed standards and details
Ensure all stakeholders sign-off on the Software catalog offering, and ensure timely publication of new Software offering
Maintain published Software Titles; communicate all changes made to the software catalog offerings
Coordinate updates to the Software Catalog, and ensure the accurate collection, storage, and maintenance of data on all in-scope software titles in the catalog
Track and suggest improvements in catalog management; investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of software asset data
Manage preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports related to software catalog management; identify and report on potential issues with the software catalog or established workflows; support audit and remediation efforts as needed
Identify and implement continual process improvements and operational efficiencies, and focus on innovation to deliver relevant solutions to meet our customers’ needs

2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
2+ years of IT experience related to Software Catalog Management
Good working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and general tool administration
An understanding of software license management and compliance
Demonstrate ability to analyze complex data and present results to business leaders
The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams
ITIL v3 or 4 foundation certified
IAITAM certifications: Certified Software Asset Manager - CSAM, Certified IT Asset Manager - CITAM
ServiceNow System administration certification
Experience working in a Managed Services environment
