Solution Line Manager (Intel Solutions) - Remote, US

What you’ll achieve

As a Solution Line Manager, you will own and project manage product marketing initiatives, working closely with other members of ISG CoC, product and field marketing, sales and product management.

You will:

  • Own the creation of sophisticated marketing results

  • Own the Intel engagement with Dell’s US-based inside sales teams (Round Rock, Oklahoma City, Nashville)

  • Develop collaborative relationship with Dell’s inside sales leadership team

  • Create and deliver sales training for Intel products & technologies

  • Lunch & learns, office hours, floor walks, product launch events, etc…

  • Create and execute sales incentives to help reach Dell/Intel growth goals

  • Be the primary point of contact for sales support of strategic opportunities

  • Coordinate sales enablement programs

  • Evaluation units, demo labs, demo units, etc…

  • Manage pipeline reviews for key enterprise strategic platforms & technologies

  • Help drive Intel participation in large scale Dell/customer event

  • Solution Summit, Technical Summit, Field Readiness Seminar, Dell World, etc…

  • Create virtual sales kits based on customized Intel technical marketing collateral

  • Develops marketing and communications plans and activities for specific product(s) or solution(s)

  • Owns and drives enablement and activation of marketing plan in the North America region develop

  • Provides planning support and execution guidance to International peers and cross-functional teams for any plans and activities developed and driven for North America

  • Lead best practice expansion of enablement, programs, incentives to International regions

  • Global lead responsible for joint business initiative rollup from regions and main POC for leadership/execs on investment and business results

  • Interfaces with all levels of organization including the executive management team as well as external customers, executive management

Essential Requirements :

• Experience in product marketing: assessing market requirements, investigating new technologies, developing recommendations for technical product direction, establishing plans as well as strategies and roadmap plan-of-records

• 8 to 12 years of related experience

• Good understanding of the competition

• Proficiency in technical illustration

Desirable Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Understanding of products and their value to the customer

• Ability to influence others to achieve results and to work effectively with senior management
