Senior Sales Operations Advisor

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve

The S&P Transformation/Operations org is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead and manage Partner Software Cloud/SaaS offer implementation.

The Global PM should be strategic, analytical, results driven, and innovative in nature. You must enjoy a fast paced, results driven environment and have a track record of success in delivering commitments with quality and a focus on customers.

You will:

• Lead SaaS offer requirements capture and translate into Product Requirement Documentation (PRD)

• Support IT/BTO offer implementation (Requirement features, Vendor Integration, UAT, PIT) for the offers in all the regions

• Lead Dell Services support implementation for the offer

• Partner with Dell Procurement and Legal on offer contract discussions and updates to Customer facing outputs (CFOs)

• Support billing/reconciliation with Ops/Finance – Ongoing

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Extensive experience in driving cross-functional programs and projects as it relates to IT implementation

• Moderate to advance knowledge of Software as Service (SaaS) offers

• Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

• Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – Ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction

• Strong presentation and communication skill, including Executive level interactions

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

• Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions

• Strong project management skills

• A solid understanding of industry trends

• A good understanding of key sales and management reporting tools

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other related field

• Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies
