Know-how in marketing planning and leading strategic engagement across the channel ecosystem
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
Understanding in all facets of marketing including event, online, direct mail, web-based, disruptive and social marketing with an ability to develop integrated marketing programs incorporating appropriate elements to achieve desired outcome
Own accurate visibility into plans, communicating activities, results and reports leveraging various productivity/ management tools (SFDC, Vistex, Tableau, etc)
Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives by using intelligence/data to predict, plan and adjust programs
Regularly meet with sales, partners and partner management to understand impact on current business and market trends and to ensure that programs meet their needs
Sales-focused, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to work with all levels of management in a highly matrixed environment
Develop integrated and comprehensive marketing plans with Partner account teams in support of key channel sales and marketing initiatives. Primarily focused on demand generation
Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus
Minimum 8 years marketing experience; 5+ years’ experience with partner or channel marketing programs, with preference for marketing experience with U.S. Solution Providers
Knowledge base of various partner types (i.e. large value added resellers, service providers, systems integrators)
Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.
Strong presentation skills. Experience conducting training for sales teams highly desired
Strong budget management and reporting skills
Proficient in Excel and Tableau to manipulate, analyze and apply data-driven decisions
Strong initiative, ability to identify opportunities and independently pursue
Promote teamwork and collaboration across multiple functions and business units, always with the customer in mind
Must be willing to travel as the position requires extensive interaction with partners and sales teams
