It’s hard to put a price on driving human progress, but when you’re operating in a competitive business environment, you need innovative pricing strategies. Our Pricing team within Sales Operations is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating these strategies. We conduct research and competitive pricing analysis and monitor the ongoing business environment to ensure Dell maintains a competitive market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Able to articulate entire pricing solution from quote to final presentation fluently.

  • Works directly with Solution Principals, SMS BDs, EMC Sales and Customer.

  • Responsible for pricing complex deals and overseeing pricing efforts for less complex deals by P1-P3.

  • Takes strong leadership positions in developing pricing for customers.

  • Able to modify pricing model as needed.

  • Creates forecasts, P&Ls and risk analysis for the various pricing engagements.

  • Extremely strong analytical ability with a knack for being able to come up with creative solutions to problems.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors (Non-Tech) or equivalent

  • Strong financial background and excel skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • 4-8 years

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous pricing experience preferred
