We are seeking an Industry Analyst Relations (AR) leader for Dell Technologies’ Environment Social and Governance (ESG), with an emphasis on sustainability, and Supply Chain priorities as part of our Corporate AR program. Deepening the connection between our business growth, supply chain leadership, business operations and innovation, and advancing the company’s progress with ESG are top priorities for the company. We need a strategic, bold and creative thinker with a strong program management background and ability to work across different teams to lead these key focus areas.
Unpack fast-growing ESG coverage in the analyst space to: advance Dell’s ESG strategy; articulate Dell’s ESG progress and vision; inform and execute analyst engagement; shape this emerging research area; and support broader Corporate AR program connection points and integrated engagement.
Works across corporate, product, design and CTO teams to drive pan-Dell Technologies’ sustainability analyst engagement. Ensure strategic focus and rigor with Gartner Supply Chain analyst programming to net affinity and accuracy in research.
Connects examples of Supply Chain operational excellence, innovation and leadership to Dell’s success, corporate objectives, growth opportunities and ESG focus (e.g. sustainability).
Uses expertise to work with senior leaders driving positive perspective of Dell Technologies with the industry analysts.
Partners with sales and marketing to develop analyst assets, surveys, and other content that articulate and quantify Dell Technologies value and differentiation. Provide strategic guidance for timing, firm expertise and cost-effective approaches.
Works closely with Supply Chain, Finance, ESG, Marketing, IR, PR and other organizations within the company to respond to analyst research and signature reports. Influence Dell Technologies inclusion in new and emerging signature reports.
Plan & often lead all aspects of communications from Dell Technologies to the analyst community including briefings, virtual analyst updates, inquiries and other regular formal and informal interactions.
Actively participate in developing and delivering presentations and preparing key managers for their presentations.
Actively participate in social outreach to and monitoring of key influencers.

Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
