Senior Director, Server Global Program Management
With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Director of Server Global Program Management, you will be responsible for leading an incredible team of talented program managers who lead the core teams responsible for our server NPI & in-market offers (hardware, software, components and solutions) throughout the Offer Lifecycle Process. This leader is expected to drive and solve complex problems with the executive leaders for Dell's cross functional teams, shape and influence the server organizational strategy and lead transformational initiatives that will improve the capacity, efficiency and capabilities of our global team. You will form partnerships with exec leaders of product management, engineering, quality, supply chain, services and global operations while becoming a trusted adviser to the senior executive staff responsible for Dell's server business.
Lead a diverse program portfolio (including hardware, software, components, commodities and solutions) to meet all business commitments for scope, schedule, cost, quality and continuity of supply. This leader is expected to have intimate knowledge of all key server programs throughout the offer lifecycle.
Effectively develop, retain, hire and staff a global & diverse team of technical program managers and Directors as an inspirational leader.
Lead global initiatives across Dell's ISG team.
Be a subject matter expert for Dell's Offer Lifecycle Process.
Own/lead the governance forums for all server programs and present as required in the ISG Executive Program Review.
