What you’ll achieve
As a Risk and Resilience Senior Advisor, you will work cross-functionally to develop strategies and drive implementation of key programs in the supply chain risk and resilience space.
Lead global cross-functional teams in the design and execution of processes to govern security and resiliency standards for our supply chain
Drive corrective actions and programs related to supply chain security and proactive risk mitigation; develop performance metrics to demonstrate continuous improvement
Develop and implement strategies and frameworks leveraging industry standards, including but not limited to ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53 and O-TTPS
Develop internal and external-facing collateral to support our strategic priorities
Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques in order to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule

Bachelor's and 8+ years relevant experience in project/program management, supply chain, compliance, or related field; or Master’s degree and 6+ years relevant experience or related field; or equivalent experience
Experience leading cross-functional projects, problem solving and analytical skills, dealing with ambiguity, and translating business/customer requirements into actions
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment, ability to present to senior leadership levels
Experience in stakeholder engagement, ability to work in a collaborative team environment, influence stakeholders, and develop partnerships outside of the organization applying organizational agility
Understanding of supply chain dynamics and procurement processes
Knowledge of audit standards, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity framework, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-161, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 SafeCode, EU GDPR, and O-TTPS.
Experience leveraging digital tools for analysis, visualization, and data management
