Dell Account Manager2, Inside Sales(内勤営業) in Tokyo, Japan

DESCRIPTION:

  • Build and maintain solid customer relationship with assigned G500 accounts together with field sales(All)

  • Sell Dell solution and service via phone call, meet and exceed set business targets(All)

  • Develop key account plan together with field sales and provide long and short term forecast/outlook, and bridge plan (All)

  • Territory account coverage plan and execution to drive significant growth

  • Ensure every customer is contacted regularly and customer/opportunities information is entered timely into CRM(All)

  • Coordinate internally to fulfill customer requirement and resolve customer issue in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction (All).

Scope: High complexity sales, including limited sales of servers, networking and storage in addition to PCs and packaged software

QUALIFICATION:

  • College above min. BA

  • Japan: 5 years above sales experience and at least 3 years experience in IT industry

  • IT/PC industry related experience

  • Good English read & write and oral communication

  • Good team worker who can work independently under pressure and meet timeline for multiple tasks

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Strong problem resolving capability
