Account Executive- GCCS, Telecom Team

Job Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a set of key accounts within the Telecom business space. In addition to managing existing account territories, he/she will be expected to bring new business to the Dell G5 organization. This role is ideal for an experienced seller with key contacts within Manufacturing Industry. This will be a great opportunity to work within one of the premier sales divisions at Dell Japan – G500 (Fortune 500 Team).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage set of assigned accounts and territories for Telecom business Segment

  • Track KPIs on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; provide review to relevant business leaders

  • Expand and build new territories and accounts

  • Communicate regularly with customers to deepen relationship and trust with Dell

  • Proactively customize solutions based on customer needs and pain points

  • Internal communication with members such as Inside Sales Team, Marketing and relevant business leader

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of Outside Sales experience from IT Industry( preferred)

  • Knowledge of Dell products/solutions or similar experience

  • Customer Relationships with Telecom Industry

  • Ability to build new business and expand territories

  • Able to work with cross-functional members such as Finance & Marketing

  • Can work independently and be proactive

  • Business English is nice to have( for communication with offshore members)

  • Near Native Japanese is a MUST
