Sales Planning & Strategy Consultant

As a Client Global Sales strategist, you will work with senior leadership supporting the Global Sales segment (excludes Consumer & Small Business) across the globe to evolve our go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Planning and Strategy Consultant, you will drive key sales strategic initiatives while identifying and evaluating sales growth opportunities. In this role, you will have the unique ability to learn and interact with all of the different functions of the Client COC, including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Pricing, and Supply & Demand planning.

You will:

  • Assess market conditions and business requirements

  • Perform quantitative analysis and conduct qualitative studies for business case justification

  • Develop, design, and monitor programs designed to accelerate our go-to-market strategy

  • Guide process improvement programs

Essential Requirements

  • 8–12 years of related experience

  • Advanced understanding of sales processes, product promotion and placement

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong Executive Presence, both written and oral

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s+ degree

  • Experience in the Center of Competency (COC) organization
