Your responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of Consumer and Small Business Targeting Programs in Japan. These programs define the best audiences for the campaigns and initiatives prioritized across Dell’s Marketing.
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate:
Critical Thinking Program Management Influencing skills Business acumen and Growth mindset (i.e. learning agility) Hands-on expertise on what it takes to build, deploy & scale audiences for marketing campaigns.

Engage with CRM teams to analyze Audience needs; define success criteria and align on execution requirements
Build execution plans for your Targeting Program; influence capacity planning
Orchestrate engagement between Audience Selection Leads and CRM teams
Monitor and report Targeting Program progress, take ownership of challenges’ resolution
Partner with Shutterfly and Adobe trams to optimize back-end performance
Coordinate with Reporting teams to ensure readiness; oversee end-to-end processes, from campaigns to reports
In collaboration with CRM, Targeting, Data and Modeling teams, identify and implement Test & Learn initiatives
Work closely with the Targeting & Engagement Program Engineer to ensure readiness of future capabilities
Good understanding of Marketing Campaigns, vehicles, Contact Strategy and Operations
Excellent Program Management skills, in a global environment (communications, orchestration, drive for results)
Generate routine and ad hoc reports, graphs, and presentations
Database marketing experience with multi-touch targeted communication strategies
5+ years of proven experience in Marketing Campaigns Operations or Marketing Program Management
Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment
Experience analyzing Marketing vehicle or campaign performance, optimizing customer experience
Experience championing process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing
