Working with our marketing professionals and marketing database experts, you will build solutions which enable data-driven marketing for our SB (Small Business) in Japan. Your solutions will enhance the quality of leads we deliver to sales and help our marketing teams meet our customer’s needs via optimal campaigns and strategies.

What you’ll achieve

Grow our Small Business segment in Japan by leveraging automation, AI and the latest Marketing Technology stack, all while keeping customer privacy at the center

As the Regional Business Process Engineer for Dell’s Customer Growth Marketing (CGM) team, you lead Data and Technology conversations with your Consumer and Small Business (CSB) stakeholders. You will be at the center, bridging the gap between sales, marketing, AI/ML and database teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of data enrichment for Japan SB – ensuring high quality data and intelligence is informing our marketing activities and helping build our buyer base.

  • Solve problems and validate solutions in our marketing database.

  • Plan the road map of AI/ML models used in campaigns and co-ordinate with our ML/AI teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of the required solution

  • Work with global marketing & sales teams to ensure tools used by our stakeholders are making use of the best intelligence the CGM team can provide.

  • Innovate and automate at each step of the campaign process – increasing the efficiency of our team and that of our stakeholders and partners.

  • Be the single point of contact in Japan SB for Data and Technology matters linked to Dell’s Customer Engagement Platform; ensure data and capabilities’ readiness for marketing execution

  • Identify, build and deploy transformative capabilities, supporting Japan SB: on time, on cost, on quality

  • Lead the design of business cases supporting change requests, new capabilities and new data sources

  • Identify, qualify, onboard and enable new data sources

  • In partnership with CRM and Data teams, lead design, enablement and analysis of contact hygiene programs

  • Create, maintain and socialize the ‘Build’ roadmap for Japan SB

Essential Requirements

  • Understanding of Marketing Campaigns, vehicles, Contact Strategy and Operations

  • Project Management skills, in a global environment (planning, communications, orchestration, drive for results)

  • Analytical and presentation skills; business and/or financial acumen (business cases)

  • Fluent level Japanese: Reading/Writing/Speaking

  • Business level English: Reading/Writing/Speaking

  • Proven experience in either Marketing Technology, Technology Project Management or Customer / Sales Technology

Desirable Requirements

  • Coding skills, particularly SQL. Python or any other general-purpose programming language is a big plus.

  • Marketing database and technology experience: marketing automation, customer data platforms, etc.

  • Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment

  • Experience championing process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing
