Lead the Japan SE Team
Work closely with both local stakeholders and the extended APJ Leadership to drive relevant business initiatives
Assists Japanese sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans.
Develops relationships with the extended account team, partners, and customers in support of sales objectives. Engages and leverages corporate resources and personnel as appropriate. Strategizes and executes technical sales calls.
Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.
Uses knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address customer objections to DP ( Data Protection) solutions. Train the account team on the competitive landscape. SKILLS
Strong Leadership skills
5 years of technical experience in the DP(data protection) market
Leadership Quality & Coaching Skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively with customer business and technical decision makers.
Have experience working with internal & external stakeholders( channel partners & solutions managers at the channel partners)
Knowledge of the Japan channel ecosystem
Fluent Japanese & English-MANDATORY
