E-Business Senior Advisor
Premier.com is Dell's e-commerce store for Partners, Medium, Large Enterprise and Public business segments.
Reporting to Korea/Japan Commercial Online Director, this position will take
on responsibility for Japan Online environment including owning online revenue, margin performance, transaction metrics, merchandising and customer experience.
This person will be responsible for working with Online B2B, IT, PMO, Commercial Sales, Finance, Online Marketing, and Partner Sales to test and launch new features on Online tool – primary focus on Premier+, Global Portal and B2B upgrade/adoption.
Partnership with Small Medium Business (SMB), SnP, and CSG/ISG BU teams will be critical to success in this role.
Responsible for driving adoption of various online platforms (Premier, ERP systems) that streamline and automate B2B purchasing between Dell and customers.
Liaise with cross functional teams for supplemental support to enhance delivery of business goals and initiatives.
Proactively engage with JP commercial and JP based Global customers on various work-streams to further improve customer experience
Provide daily, weekly and quarterly assessments of business performance and update Sales GMs and Marketing leaders on online demand generation programs, recommend and create product offering/bundles, obtain Finance approvals.
Actively participate and contribute in global forums with the spirit of growing Online penetration beyond Japan.
Perform data analysis to identify strategic opportunities to focus and execute towards yearly plan.
Educate / train, test and launch new online features and functionality
